Ear Wax Removal Brentwood
Simple and safe microsuction ear cleaning performed by experts in our CQC Registered clinic, performed by HCPC registered professionals.

Ideally prior to microsuction the wax will be soft in order to make the procedure as comfortable and effective as possible. We recommend using an olive oil ear spray once or twice a day in both ears and repeat for three to five days before your appointment.

If you suspect or know you have a burst (perforated) ear drum, please call us prior to using olive oil.

Ear Wax Removal Treatment in clinic only
£45 for Both Ears
The microsuction technique uses gentle suction to clean the ear, this can be slightly more comfortable than other forms of ear cleaning such as syringing.
​
A small suction probe is placed within the ear canal and directed at the wax and/or infection discharge in the ear canal. Gentle suction is applied to remove the blockage.
With microsuction, there is not always the need for wax pre-softening with olive oil or ear drops - however, you will be advised to apply olive oil drops 3 - 5 days prior to your appointment as this will
likely reduce any discomfort whilst also speeding up the procedure.

Once the wax is removed, a full examination will be undertaken by a trained practitioner with continued advice given along with
prescribed medication if required.
Remember - you do not have to be referred by your GP or anyone else but yourself.
